How do I prepare a Skin Scan photo?

Even light and a closer, front-facing frame.

Use even light, face forward and follow the capture guide. If asked to move closer, fill more of the frame with your face while keeping it fully visible.

Use the camera or gallery. Choosing a photo does not upload it: a prepared JPEG is uploaded when you submit the scan. The gallery original is unchanged.
